Rats are often depicted as cute creatures on movies and TV. But in reality, they’re opportunistic pests that carry diseases and gnaw at electrical wires. • Bait stations: Tamper-proof bait stations placed around the property will attract and kill rodents.
• Traps: Snap traps, glue traps or live traps may be used to capture rodents.
• Exclusion: This includes sealing entry points and other areas where rodents may gain access to the property.

Once the property is rodent-free, we will clean and remove any potential food and water sources that may attract rodents. From there, follow-up visits may be required to monitor the effectiveness of treatment.
